This article is too share the replacement of our 250lb tilting furnace that has processed 20,000 lb of engine and power train components. Bringing the scrap back into usable casting ingots. This furnace is version 4

Version 1: This was a small propane tank tilting furnace primarily for R&D 25lb. per wk

Version 2: This was based on a 60 gal air compressor tank originally running on Natural Gas, it was latter converted to waste oil. When we moved the foundry because of the loss of natural gas.

Version 3: This furnace size increase was being able to put transmission housings, truck wheels and engines blocks. It is based on a 200 gallon oil tank. The business also started to be repetitive we are currently running on 65% to75% return business.

Version 4: This furnace size is the same as version 3. We are currently working on this build and it will be the focus of whats news.
